Being a 12 year old Camera I agreed with the cleaning, which it probably needs because of its age. Emailed Canon and they said they would give me the shutter count at no charge BUT suggested a cleaning. Tried a few of the programs suggested with no success. ![]() Purchased a used 5D a few months ago and wanted to know the shutter count as an FYI, the camera works fine. ![]()
